OUtlook taking ten minutes to load

Tried all the fixes I could fine. Ooutlook hangs up until ten or fiteen
minutes after boot.

You don't give any details, e.g. Outlook version and account type?

Do you close Outlook before you shut down Windows?

How do you start Outlook - auto start during startup, or manually? Do
you wait until Windows is completely initialized?

Outlook 2007 local machine. Closed down before shut down. Not in auto
startup. Waited a half hour just now before clicking on the Outlook Icon.
It took five minutes this time after a not respondiong message?

Ok, and which fixes were they?
Without any configuration details it is impossible to offer any assistance
aside from throwing wild guesses at you.

Does Outlook start quicker when launched in Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

If so, your issue is probably caused by an addin.

How big are your PST files? Are they on your local machine? Or are you
using Exchange?
