We are currently running Microsoft Outlook 2000.
While looking at a "Meeting" window, I can click on "Attendee
Availability" to see whom I can invite. Is it also possible to see
which tasks are scheduled for similar time periods? Furthermore, is it
possible to then see whom has NOT been invited to this list of
scheduled tasks?
I'm trying to look at who is not busy and who is doing which task at
any specific time.
Is Outlook the right software for this?
