When I try to save an email in html format as an outlook
template ".oft" it converts it into plain text and I lose
all my bullets and formatting. Why is this happening?
it didn't used to happen before. I have some older
templates where my bullets and formatting is still there.
But any new ones I create just get converted into Plain
Text when I select create from user templates in file
system.
