I use Outlook Express 6.0 to download my e-mails. The McAffee has been detecting the netsky.virus and cleaning it from the e-mail. However, only half of my e-mails are delivered and then the following error message occurs

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.charter.net', Server: 'pop.charter.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0

This happens every time..aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh

I have seen a similar problem.
If I disable the virus detector then the err changes to (0x8004210A) .
If I use a web based mail reader I can read or move or delete the "BAD"
message and then Outlook operation returns to normal till I get another
"BAD" message.
Outlook seems to have a problem with an unexpected character sequence.
