Outlook: Timezones needed in Main Contact Detail Screen

We deal with business contacts, peers, friends and family across the country.
Outlook has the ability to use Timezones (a "spare" can be "turned on"
alongside calander)... Why can't the zones appear in the "facepage" of a
contact?
