Outlook to check Netscape mail

I know I can use Outlook to check my web-based e-mail, I
already have it configured for my Hotmail account. I
wondered, though, if it's possible to do the same for
Netscape mail. It doesn't seem to be working properly.
I can't find anything in Netscape help or Outlook help to
indicate whether I can or not....

I'm running Windows XP home edition
Office XP home edition
Internet Explorer 6.0 as my browser
Netscape mail has just done a total revamp of their mail
service, I don't know what version or anything that is.

Any help would be appreciated!
