Outlook to Entourage

Looking at a way to get mail from Outlook 2003 into Entourage. Address books
I managed OK doing CSV and some cleanup but what I really need are the
several hundred emails and various folders. Any tips, tricks....I have tried
other mail packages to do imports / experts but can't seem to find anything
as an answer. If there is one.
