Outlook to MsWord convertor

E

eastbirds

For years we receive email's we would like to save.
Problem when printing, lots of paper with almost no words. or sometimes all
the arrows of forwarding
Saving in Word is only possible by copy and paste command and that takes ages.
Is there a program for this, or When will you make a convertor for this
problem.

Best regards of eastbirds

Hi eastbirds;
Unless many people can demonstrate a need or desire for your suggestion, I
doubt Microsoft will do it. And I don't think there is a need for it. I've
interspersed my reasons into yours:

Outlook has no problem saving e-mail.
Problem when printing, lots of paper with almost no words. or sometimes all

Just did a quick check of multiple message printing. Didn't see any wasted
paper in the print preview (20 pages) except for a blank last page. Is that
what you are talking about?

Why save in Word when Outlook has many more tools for managing e-mails and
related items?

Word is a word processor, not a message database. Use the right tool for the
job.
