Outlook Today

First, a little background. I am in the Navy, and I write the long
term and short term schedule for our ship. The short term schedule
includes every meeting, meal, and event for the entire day for the
whole crew. The POD also contains notes about anything imaginable. We
call that the Plan of the Day. Currently we write the POD in Word, run
off a bunch of copies and then manually distribute it throughout the
ship. What I'd like to do is come up with a way to do it in Outlook,
automatically updating everyone's Outlook Today Screen with the
current POD each day. Simply maintaining a bunch of public folders
won't be good enough. It has to be simple, like using the Today
Screen. Ideally, this would also extend itself to automatic PDA
syncronization, but who knows? Any suggestions for a solution?
