Outlook tries to install Office 2000, why???

If my memory serves me, the Small Business Contacts Manager is on CD2.
Uninstalling that and
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;216191 might kill
off the prompts. (or the flip side if you need SBCM is to supply CD2 and
let the repair complete.)

Starting just a day ago, when I start MS Outlook, the computer immediately
pops up a window saying "Windows Installer" and "Preparing to install
Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1, Disc 2". I have to cancel out of this
"installation". My question is, why is Outlook doing this? Or why is Outlook
kicking off Windows Installer? And more importantly, how do I correct this
problem. It is probably something that I have done, but I have no clue. I am
running Windows 2000 Pro, Version 5.0, Build 2195, Service Pack 4. Outlook
SR-1.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
