outlook unable to get english side bar

hi all
i installed ms office 2000 arabic edition and
i installed langague pack english.I am getting
ms excel word and power point in english.The outlook i am
getting ARABIC only outlook have this problem.The side bar
items and headings coming in arabic.How to enable to
ENGLSIH.i can send mail and all in english.i changed all
places control panel regional settings,microsoft office
tools also .Rest of the msoffice products working fine
how to fix it
