Outlook unable to send email

I am having an issue with Outlook picking up email from an
Imail Server.

I tried accessing the account from another computer not on
the network and it works as it should.

I was just made aware that the ISP (Cable Provider) has
closed SMTP port 25, however the Imail server is at a
different host provider, would this still have an impact
on the email?

I have a feeling that this is the problem.
