Outlook UserCertificate format

I would like to import a certificate in outlook contact, from Visual
Basic, but i don't know the UserCertificate property format.I analized
the content and i undestand that there is :
1. header - many time fixed string : 010008000100000003008804 or
010008000100000003003804

2. Certificate in hex format

3. footer - many time fixed string :
0600080001000000200008000700000002000400

More certificate, are separated with comma.

Someone know detail of propriety format ??
