Outlook view question

Hi,

In Outlook2000 when I compose a new message and select
contacts to choose an internet address it shows my
contacts twice. Once for there e-mail address and one for
there fax number. Is there a way to change the view so I
only see the e-mail address and not the fax number. I know
if you put a letter in front of the fax number it won't
display the contact twice, but I rather not have to do
this to 2000 contact names.

Any help would be great. Feel free to e-mail any idea's
to [email protected]

Thanks in advance for any help.
-John
