I have a freshly-installed Win2k Pro machine with Outlook 2000. I ran the
Office update and then installed Frontpage 2002. When I inserted the CD,
Frontpage asked for the Outlook 2000 CD - I couldn't even install Frontpage
without offering up the Outlook CD, so I put the Outlook CD in another
machine and set up a network share. This got me around that issue.
Okay, now whenever Outlook is running, it keeps asking for the Outlook CD.
Once the CD is inserted, it queries the CD and all is well.... For a
little while, then it wants the CD again.... This is endless...
What is going on here? Any suggestions?
I'm getting ready to nuke and pave the machine again, but that would take
half a day :-(
Thanks,
Mark
