Outlook Web Access constantly asking for user's login and password

I have a user I am trying to troubleshoot. On both his Vista and XP SP3 PCs,
when he logs into our company Outlook Web Access server, he puts in his
usernamne and password. It brings up his account, but when he tries to open
any of his emails, he gets prompted for his username and password but it
rejects the correct password and asks again and again. Clicking on cancel
allows him to open the email, but if he goes to another message, the cycle
repeats itself. He is the only user out of 75 that has this problem. Any
and all help is welcomed.
