Outlook Web Access premium hangs after login

We have about 100 out of 1000 users who seem unable to use OWA premium with
IE. Basic works fine, but when you login with premium selected, the inbox
hangs and won't display. I can't find any references to this problem in
Microsoft KB.
Any ideas and feedback appreciated.

You posted in an Outlook group. OWA is an Exchange app. Post in an Exchange
group.
