Outlook will not start, missing Vbscript.dll.

Solution tried was to run "Regsvr32.exe Vbscript.dll". Did Not work.
Outlook still will not start.

Hi Splinter,
have you deinstalled your IE?
If so, you have to create a new Useraccount for Windows and logged in as the
new User.

Hi Andreas,
This is a recent install. the user account has been created, but now there
is an attempt to open, and the error message comes up. Outlook stops at that
point, and when "OK" is clicked on the error message, all of the Outlook
startup windows close too. Am thinking of an R&R, remove and reinstall, and
see what that might do. So far, "detect and repair" hasn't worked either.
