Outlook window won't restore to the desktop

I am currently having a problem with Outlook when the
screen is minimized. After a few minutes, I go to restore
Outlook from the taskbar to the desktop and nothing
happens. I check the task manager and it says that the
program is not responding. If I don't kill the process,
it just hangs indefinitely.

Has anyone of this before??? And what was the fix???
