When the user closes outlook and tries to open it again,
outlook doesn't open. If you go to the task manager, you
see to outlook processes running, one from the first time
the user tried to exit the application and the second from
the the user recently trying to access the outlook
application. In order to get the outlook application to
open completely, both processes have to be ended. Does
anybody have a clue as to why this happens??? and if so,
how do I fix it?? Thank you for your help
