outlook won't let me ad new contact card

Outlook will not allow me to enter a new contact card information or update.

evey time I try, I get a message box that says "could not complete
operation. One or more parameters are not valid"

all my updates are updated and versions versionated,

signed: two weeks stumped and a little frustrated
