Outlook won't show folder as an e-mail address book.

In CONTACTS - PROPERTIES - OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK tab I can't show any of my
contacts folders as an e-mail address book. Consequently, when I click the
To: button on the NEW MESSAGES screen no dropdown list appears.
