Outlook workgroup synchronization (without Exchange?)

Hi,

I'm trying to organize synchronization between Outlook data (tasks and
contacts not emails) between 5 workstations. Can it be done with the
Outlook only, or do I need the MS Exchange?

We have Win2000 + MS Office 2000.
