Outlook XP (2002) problem

Hi,

We've started to get a few problems recently. We run on Win2k SP4, IE 6 SP1,
Office XP SP2.

A few user called lately saying that they can't see some messages. All the
said messages are in HTML format. Neither the preview pane or a double-click
on the message displays it. However, if we foward it using Word as the
editor, we see it. If we foward it without using Word as the editor, we
don't see it.

We made a office repair, then it works fine. However, I'd love to know the
cause of the problem. Anyone has got any idea ?
