Outlook xp/2003 keeps creating new profiles

We have recently used the Office 2003 Admin kit to
standard Outlook settings for users. This has worked well
apart from roaming users, each time they login to a
different pc they get a new mail profile. The original
profile is called Outlook or MS Exchange settings then
subsequent ones are outlook backup2 etc.
