Outlook XP creates tasks when clicking Calender

Hello

At work I upgraded my Office 2000 Professional to Office XP Pro last
week. Some of my collegues have Office XP Pro too. When I click the
calenders of these collegues, two "task folders" are created in its
mailbox. They are numbered (tasks1, tasks10, tasks2, etc...).

You can easily delete them, but it is very annoying when this happens.
Can someone provide a solution for this?
