Outlook XP send/receive error 0x800CCC0F

I have read many posts about this error.

I have updated to Service Pack 3, and also turned ALL Norton
applications/antivirus off.

I have 9 accounts, all with the same ISP... but only 3 are giving me the
error.

Why is this so... and how do I fix it?

I have heard that not even uninstalling and then reinstalling fixes it?

I'm with the same problem in here and going crazy about it..

Done everything. Went to a restore point 1 month ago. Nothing. 6 mail accounts. When empty they all do a send/receive ok. When with a message on server it keeps on and on trying to get it and zero..

At the moment I'll try to delete all the profiles in the mail applet and try to create them agai. Lets see how it goes
If you have any idea please tell it here.
