Outlook XP sp3 and IPAQ

I have 2 users on our network that have been getting
warning messages from Outlook saying that a program is
trying to access e-mail addresses in their Outlook address
book. It appears to happen everytime they go to sync
their IPAQ handhelds.

Does anyone know the solution to this problem. I have
seen the reference to Palm OS on the slipstick site, but
haven't seen anything about Windows PC.
