I have followed the steps recommended here and elsewhere about the
exporting of e-mail formed in Outlook to Entourage. I have
successfully converted the e-mail created in Outlook into the MBOX
format and it has successfully migrated from the PC to the Mac.
However, when I try to import into Entourage I am unable to activate
the folders to complete the process. The folders will not allow me to
click on them, and the "Import" button remains inactive.
Can anybody help?
