Outlook XP won't print to correct tray using Rich or Plain Text

I have several HP LaserJet 4200TN printers. These are
installed on a Win2K SP4 server. I have several users who
when they print emails they will print on the wrong paper
(pulling from tray 1). Other users print just fine. I
found out that on the affected users that if the message
was sent in HTML paper will come from the correct tray
(tray 3). If I look at the "printing preference" is is
using the "default setting" on the good machines. On the
bad machines it is prompting to "type a new quick set
name" and not using the default settings. Any thoughts as
to why this is happening. I'm sure it's a setting in
Outlook since I can log off at the bad machine and log
back in as a differenet user and all is fine!!

Thanks in advance

Russ
