Outlook XP

I cannot get Outlook XP to work with Windows 2000 Exchange
Server. The name is set up on the server but when Outlook
is brought up, the following message appears: "Microsoft
could not log on. Check to make sure you are connected to
the network and are using the proper server and mailbox
name. The Microsoft Exchange Address Book was unable to
log on to the Microsoft Exchange Server Computer." I have
double and triple checked server and mailbox names. I am
able to access the network and the Exchange Server through
the network. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Depending on the operating system but removing and re-installing TCP/IP
usually cures that error
