Can anyone tell me how to copy my contacts onto a cd?

I recently experienced a hard drive crash and lost all my
Contacts in OUtlook. I would like to have a backup cd
with all the info on it.

If this is possible can you also tell me how I would get
the contact info onto my computer from the cd?

I don't ever want to lose all my email addresses again.
It has been a nightmare.

Also, I am a real novice at all of this so if you have an
answer for me please explain it as simply as possible.
Thanks

Export your address book and emails to a place where you
will remember where the files are. The burn to CD when
you need to restor them import them back int Outlook

Copy your PST to the CD. If you need to restore, copy the PST back to the
HD, remove the Read-only attribute, and use FIle>Open to open it. Don't
listen to anyone who tells you "export".
