trying to upgrade I get this message...
While upgrading to outlook 2002 (came with IPAQ software)
the message
"unable to open your defausl email folders. The .DLL
file for information service could not be found. MAPI was
unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.
Additionally, I tried to install SP1, SP2 and SP3 and a
popup says that the upgrade patch cannot be installed by
the Windows installer service because the program to be
upgraded may be missing or upgrade patch may upgrade a
different version of the program. Verify that the
program to be upgraded is exists on your computer and
that you have the correct upgrade patch.
