Outlook2000 - Out-of-Office Assistant

I'm using Outlook 2000.
How do I activate the "out-of-office" automatic reply?
I've gone to "Tools" and there's nothing there.

There won't be if you don't connect to Exchange Server. You can emulate it
with Rules but Outlook has to be running and connected 24/7 during your
absence for it to work.
