Outlook2002 Archiving problem

I'm facing problem with Archiving & synchronizing offline folder. When ever
I try to Archive or synchronise my MS Exchange mail-box I'll be facing the
time-out problem due to the slow response of the Exchange server transfering
the mail & attachment (most of my mails is with Excel file attachments) may
be also due to the antivirus scanning this created a lot of partly-Archive
folders in my OL2002. So I decide to use personal folder for send & receive
mails, but how do I retrieve or back-up all the old mails still in my
Mail-box.
