outlook2003: how to get rid prompt when synching w/ palm

every time I try to sync my palm pilot with Outlook 2003 I get a prompt
that there is an app trying to access outlook and if access should be
allowed and for how long.
Is there anyway to get rid of this either on a per/app basis or all
together?
