outlook2003 SPAM filter turned on but does not work. filter.txt

I was trying to get outlook's 2003 spam filter to add colors to certain
emails with the key words found in the spam filter .... filter.txt

I have not been successful ...I have tried it many times and I do turn the
spam filter on. The menus look a little different from the MS page shows.

I go to TOOLS/organize/junk email. Fromt there you can color your emails
dependant on content....

I have updated my office software package also....

Has anyone else been able to make this feature work?
