Outlook's New E-mail notification icon.

Hello,

We have a number of students who use systems here, and as
a result there comes times when an icon or two get
deleted. One such item is the small e-mail notifying
icon that pops up next to the clock on the taskbar. On
the systems that still have this feature, it's easy to
right click the envelope and choose to hide it, but how
does one get it to come back?
