Outloook error - 0x74706b41

Out of the blue, I am now getting the following error
message every time I shut down Outlook, Win XP.
(No changes have been made.)

"The instruction at "0x74706b41" referenced memory
at "0x74706b41". The memory could not be "read". Clock OK
to terminate the program.

What in the hell does this mean???

Please reply to thar @ mindspring dot com.
