OK, here is the deal. I have outlook 2003. It is using AOL as its incoming
and outgoing mail clients. The problem I am having is that it crashes when
you first open Outlook. BY crashing, It basically stops responding, and you
have to end task it to close it. Then if you open it again, it works fine
and continues to work fine until you restart the computer.
Now, the things I have tried.
***Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook.
***Tried detect and repair
This is a fresh install of outlook on a new Harddrive. It seemed to be fine
on the other machine it was on.
Maybe someone would know, if I imported a bad file from the old machine,
would that cause a crash? Also, maybe, the client needs to be deleted and
redone?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
