have been using ovation which was purchased by Adobe a few years ago
to make my Powerpoint look more interesting. One of the things it doe
is creat a slow moving clound backround and the second think it does
it add a "twinkle" to the bullets. Unfortunately it doesnot support
wide screen mode which I need to do for a presentation

Does anyone know if and when it will be upgraded or iff I can
duplicate some of its effects in Powerpoint

Ask at Adobe. This is their product and only they would know without us
doing the same research you could do.
