Overview

When I print the overview there is some of the text missing. It appears that
if you add an additional text box, that does not print on the overview. Is
there anyway to change this?

Not sure what you mean by "overview". Can you fill us in on that?

I assume you mean Outline, correct? The outline only contains things in
placeholders. You might try one of the handout add-ins, such as Handout
Wizard:
