Okay, so I was using the Entourage Conduit with my T5 with no problem.
Since things were so smooth, of course, I had to screw around with the
setup. I tried using the iSync conduit along with e2sync, so I can keep
iCal and Address Book updated as well. Worked okay, but was very very slow,
and decided to go back to the Entourage Conduit and sync directly.
So now, I have a ton of duplicate contacts on the Palm, although not in
Entourage. There were duplicate calendar entries and tasks too, but few
enough that it was easy to fix by hand. What I want to do is overwrite the
Palm Address Book with data from Entourage. When I go into the conduit
settings dialog, however, that option isn't available. In fact, I can only
synchronize -- all other options are grayed out. Any ideas?
