OWA - Fields

In Outlook Web Access, in my contacts, the fields that are available to
choose from are not the same as the fields in the MAPI client.
Specifically, the radio field.

We use Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003 and the Blackberry Enterprise Server V4.
If anyone can find any resources on this it would be most appreciated.
