OWA Logon Failure

I'm using the test drive of Entourage 2004.

I have configured my Exchange connection with exactly the same settings that
work for AddressBook/iSync, yet I get "Logon Failure: Unknown username or
bad password. Your username/password may be wrong, or your security setting
might be wrong"...

I have enabled the "Secure logon using WebDAV".

Any hints?
