I have a customer who says that the New Mail Notification
popup that appears near the system tray when you have new
mail in Outlook Web Access isn't working even though the
option is checked on the options screen.
Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it...I
have searched the MS KB and found nothing on this as of
yet...
