hi,
how do i access the owner field of a Project via VBA. i.e is there a way to
use the owner field in the VBA code i am writing. ActiveProject.....?? please
help

or ("Manager")
- That is how they are called in the properties.
Owner doesn't ring a bell to me.

hi jan,
thanx for the help. that code gives me the author stored in the properties
window. i want the owner field that appears when you publish a project to
webaccess as the project manager. ie the username of the person that signs
into MS project. that would be really helpful. thanx

Knowing nothing about Server VBA I give up.
I thought you talked Client because you said Active Project, which is for a
project opened by the Client.
Hope some Server whiz picks this up.
