pack and go changes and doesnot read correctly when saved to C D

I am using office powerpoint 2000 to present how the art of decoupage three
dimension is constructed.and to show this as a presentation I need to be able
to show the cut out section for the next lift in the operation as a blank
area before it is shown in its correct state, and while I am able to do this
successfully in powerpoint, the moment that I place it on a C D using pack
and go I lose the blank section. Can anyone help in this dilemma

I know that you know what you mean when you say,

but I suspect that you are talking decoupage talk. Can you translate that into
what it means in PowerPoint? What PowerPoint objects are you using? Are they
animated? Are they images, or boxes, or 3D objects, etc.? We don't know what a
"cut out section" is or a "lift" is, nor do we know what "correct state" means.
