Pack and Go error message

Whenever I try to use the Pack and Go feature, I get an
error message that says " A World Wide Web Browser, such
as Microsoft Internet Explorer to use this feature." It
locks up the program and then I am forced to restart.
Does anyone else have this problem?

I have XP that has all upgrades. XP office also has all
upgrades and I am using a new toshiba laptop with plenty
of memory.
