Pack & Go Function - Viewer not available

Hi,

Using PP XP with Windows XP Pro.

I am trying to use the Pack & Go function with the viewer so that I
can send a presentation as a package to someone without PP. The viewer
is not installed on my machine. I click on the 'Download' button and
get a message telling me it is not available and to try the main
download page at Microsoft. I did this, downloaded the viewer for PP
2003. Installed it. Rebooted the machine. And the viewer is still not
showing as available when using 'Pack & Go'

Anyone else had this problem?
How did you sort it?
